TO ORDER
Overview
This site features an online Shopping Cart that enables
you to purchase products securely with your credit card.
You can also order by calling 800-272-0945 / 781-398-9700
or by faxing 781-894-7175.
If you prefer, you can send an order by e-mail to orders@pegasuscom.com.
Be sure to have the product title,
order number, and quantity of each item you wish to order,
along with payment information, when you call or include
this information in your fax. Our Customer Relations staff
is available by phone or fax Monday through Friday from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To order online using our secure Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart is simple and easy to use. Security is achieved
by our use of the industry standard Digital ID from Verisign.
Whenever you are on a secure page (as signified in your browser
by the appearance of a padlock or a key icon), just double
click the icon to view our certificate.
If you are a new visitor, we strongly encourage you to browse
the site a little before you begin shopping. The Product
Gallery (just click "Products" on the top menu
bar) provides an overview of the different categories of products
we offer and introduces you to all of the special series within
each category. From any of these pages you can link to descriptions
of a wide variety of individual items or groups of items.
Currently, the Shopping Cart does not permit you to order
more than 4 of any single item. This is due to temporary technical
limitations related to calculation of appropriate volume discounts.
The following chart shows our usual volume discount schedule,
which applies to most Pegasus-published items.

The Shopping Cart also features a powerful product search
function. You can call up this function by clicking on the
Search
and Order button on any page in the site. There are many
ways to search the product database, and we encourage you
to experiment. The more you learn about searching, the more
you will enjoy the site.
When by either browsing or searching you find an item you
want to order, simply adjust the item quantity that appears
in the drop-down box at the top of the page (the default quantity
is 1) and click the "Add to Cart" button at the
top of the page. When you click Add to Cart, you will go to
the Shopping Cart view, which will now show that item, along
with any other items you may previously have added. To shop
more, just click the "Continue Shopping" button
or the "Search and Order" button. Repeat this process
to add more items to the cart.
When you have added all of the items you want to order, click
"Check Out" and you will go to the "Check Out
Log-In" area. If you are a first time user, click on
"New User." We strongly recommend that you use your
e-mail address as your username. Then you will be asked
to complete your billing, shipping, and payment information,
and to create and confirm your password (write it down
for future reference!). When you have verified that your entries
are correct, click the "Register" button at the
bottom of the page.
If you are a returning user, just enter your username and
password and click "Log In." You have an option
of checking "Save Username" if you would like this
convenience. If you check the box, your username and password
will automatically be filled in the next time you come to
the site and check out.
On
the "Check Out" page, verify that your personal
information and your order are exactly as you want them.
When you are sure the information is correct, click the
"Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page.
Then you will see the "Order Confirmation" page.
This page confirms that your order has been entered (if
you do not see this screen, your order has not been placed--please
call Customer Service at 800-272-0945 or 781-398-9700
or e-mail customerservice@pegasuscom.com).
This page also assigns a confirmation code to your order.
PLEASE PRINT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE. It is your record
of the transaction.
International Customers (Zone 5) : If you place an
order that includes products that require shipping (orders
for Conference registrations and Newsletter subscriptions
only DO NOT require shipping), your Check Out and Order Confirmation
pages will not show any shipping or handling charges. All
orders are shipped as educational materials;
any customs or duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please
contact our Customer Relations Department for actual shipping
costs.

PRICING
Unless otherwise stated, prices listed are in effect through
6/30/07.
PAYMENT
Prepayment or a hard-copy purchase order is required for all
orders. Pegasus accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
or checks drawn in US dollars. Please call for details if
you wish to use a wire transfer.
RETURNS:
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Please inspect your order upon receipt. We fully guarantee
all our materials and want you to be as pleased with your
purchases as we are to serve you.
Individuals
may return goods within 30 days for a full refund; all items
must be in saleable condition, and return authorization is
required as Pegasus cannot accept unauthorized returns. Products
purchased under our Resellers Discount Schedule are
not returnable.
If
you have an item to return, please contact our customer relations
department and supply the following information:
Account and/or invoice number(s)
Item(s) being returned (order codes and titles)
Reason(s) for return
A customer relations representative will provide instructions
and adjust your account.
SHIPPING
& HANDLING
Orders
are shipped promptly from Waltham, MA; standard shipment
is via UPS Ground, but Express Delivery is available for
all orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department
for shipping and handling charges on volume orders.

$6.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item
Please allow up to two weeks from receipt of order.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada & Mexico,
$8.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional

Please allow three to six weeks from receipt of order.
Exceptions: Individual Pocket Guides--$.50 each
